Sales Team Representative

WarriorBabe is on a mission to help 100,000 women regain their personal power and feel confident in their skin. The company delivers personalized macronutrient plans, custom workout programming, and one-on-one coaching through a dedicated mobile app and a tight-knit online community. You will be the first person a potential client talks to. Your job is to qualify leads over Zoom, set high-quality appointments for the enrollment team, and keep the pipeline moving. This is back-to-back calls, all day, five days a week on a rotating schedule that includes weekends. If you produce, you move up to High Ticket Closer and start running full sales conversations with uncapped commission. This is not a balanced role. It is a high-volume, high-performance sales seat for someone who wants to make real money doing work that matters.
Must Haves
- Proven sales experience in a high-volume phone or Zoom environment. You've qualified leads, set appointments, or closed deals and have numbers to show for it
- Able to handle objections, urgency, and emotional conversations in real time without sounding weak, reactive, or scripted
- Comfort with a high-volume, highly structured sales environment where metrics, accountability, and performance are visible
- Available 5 days per week on a rotating 4-week schedule, including weekends, and willing to work a 50+ hour cadence
- Disciplined CRM habits. You log every call, update every record, and keep your pipeline clean without being told
Nice to Haves
- Experience in health, fitness, or coaching sales where you were selling a transformation
- Background in high-ticket sales or appointment setting for an enrollment team
- Personal alignment with WarriorBabe's mission of empowering women through fitness and transformation
Core Responsibilities
- Run high volume potential student conversations on Zoom and phone based on their goals, readiness, and fit for the program, then set high-quality appointments with the enrollment team
- Hit and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics while staying plugged into the sales team through Slack, huddles, and real-time updates
Expectations
- Within 30 days: You understand the WarriorBabe offer, qualification criteria, and sales process. You are running a full call schedule and consistently setting qualified appointments
- Within 60 days: You are hitting daily and weekly metrics, your show rates are strong, and you are contributing to team momentum through huddles and Slack.
- Within 90 days: You are a top-performing setter with a clear path to Enrollment Advisor. Leadership sees you as reliable, coachable, and ready for more responsibility.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $43,200/year (W-2)
- Commission range: 1.5%-4.5% plus performance bonuses
- Top performers maintaining the required cadence can earn $110,000+/year
